Sandy ~ I will have you know that our weather was 63 degrees today. Not bad huh? Now if you asked me last week, I was probably dreaming that I was in sunny Florida. In fact I was looking at Daytona Bike Week, we are thinking of going this year. I don't know we shall see if I can get away. I will have to get you back this summer when its sooooo hot down there.

June, Hey, 63 degrees, wow, that's pretty nice. Lucky you! I hope it stays that way for awhile. Are you really thinking about coming down for bike week in Daytona? Oh you should. It is such a beautiful city - and bike week is supposed to be incredible - I've always heard - never been during that time though. I was in Daytona 2 weekends ago for a cheer competition. I love it. Okay, hit me this summer, I'm ready, because it's going to be hot as you know what here. I know what they say about paybacks, but it's fun teasing you now. LOL

Lou, my friend, you are so right! We only have ice in our iced tea. Don't you love being spoiled here in Sunny Florida? I sure do.

Gerard, Florida does get hot in the summertime, there's no question about it. And with the heat comes the humidity.

Michelle, We are fortunate. Where did come from up north? How long has it been since you were there. We moved from Illinois in 1968. I remember as a kid walking 4 blocks to school, in the cold, uphill, with just a little jacket... LOL - kidding.

Thanks Kevin, I stand corrected. I should have written that this is down by their private boat ramps. Nothing gets by you, does it? LOL Good luck at your open house today!

Gabe, We have had so many pretty days. Kevin is correct. It is a riverwalk with boat ramps for the residents to launch their boats.

Toni, I heard that today is going to be another beautiful day. Do you have big plans oh how you are going to spend your day? I will be out showing houses.
