Hi Everybody!

With all the downtime on AR lately, I've actually gotten a few other things done. (AR, I'm not complaining, just saying.)

• Talked on the phone with another AR member for what, almost 2 hours? Very cool.
• Made a few more friends/contacts in this game of real estate on FaceBook.
• Spent some Quality Time in the Cave! (LOVE that place!)

I also had some postcards printed up. I put the order for 5,000 of them in yesterday morning and they were done this evening. Just a little over a day for turnaround. I'm going to pick them up tomorrow (yes! they're open on Saturday)

PS. Maybe I'll re-write this another time, when things are working as they're supposed to. I was all fired-up to send a link of this to the printing company. Local posts, it's what we're supposed to do, right?
