This past week we staged a beautiful downtown loft style condo that was as close to perfection as you can get. This condo truly shows like a model. The owner called us in just to tweak a few things. As much as she hated to remove the family photos, people were missing some of the many special features while looking at the photos. We wrapped and packed up personal photos, patched the nail holes, and repainted the black wall, then we hung one piece of art. Now buyers can concentrate on all this beautiful condo has to offer. Sometimes even perfection needs a few little tweaks when selling.

Wanda - What a gorgeous condo. Love the brick walls and that leapard print runner going up the stairs! Prrrrrr. I think every property should be staged, even if it is just to tweek a few things.
