I have to start out by saying I am happy to report at least in my neck of the woods that Short Sales are finally moving faster. Of course it depends on the bank, the agent working with the bank, and the homeowner but I am seeing light at the end of the tunned. NO IT"S NOT A FREIGHT TRAIN. :)
It's nice to see that short sales are begining to move and offer clients a larger variety of properties to choose from. If you were previously scared away by the talk of SHORT SALE DRAMA well it's getting better and dont 'be afraid to ask about one.
