I must confess...have been to what my Dad used to refer to as"Baloney Ladies" more than once...haven't heard about a "reliable one" lately....but I did get a Ouji Board for Christmas....so wishing that the spirits shine upon your practice with great prosperity.

No psychics for me. We had one in town several years ago but she went out of business...figured she should have known that was going to happen. ;-)
What color tie should I wear to that important new listing forty other brokers are after, chasing? Where's that 800 number, gotta call Felix or Lativa on the droid.
Andrew, why shouldn't we use them; isn't that what the country's economists and politicians do. Use a red tie unless you really don't want the listing then use black with egg spots on it.
Sounds like a bargain. You may get better advice than what we have seen from federal housing agencies in recent years.

Cindy ... (scowling, looking deeply in to crystal ball) I see many listings, many sales in this year's future path.
Some sellers could use a good psychic to get the house priced right, so there might be a place for them.
Chuck ... Those sellers eventually figure it out in time without the crystal ball, tea leaves or tarot card if over priced. It develops property shelf life mold and not selling helps them realize time to chainsaw the price. Or take down the sign and stay put. Once less over priced property clogging the mls highway.
