Lakes At Bridgewater, Edmond, OK - Lot Pricing Information

I received a call a couple of weeks ago from a couple looking for information on purchasing a lot in The Lakes At Bridgewater development, located on the east side of Santa Fe, between Danforth and 2nd Street. I'm sure you've seen the place. It's gorgeous Real Estate.... beautiful trees, big pond with a fountain that shoots 30 feet in the air, right in the heart of Edmond, Oklahoma. It's a great-looking neighborhood and is really going to be a knockout community when it's built out.

Well, I got specific lot pricing information, a final plat, and convenants & restrictions for the area and tried several times to reach the folks but never did make a connection after that first initial conversation. So, it got me thinking about how many other people may be searching for this information on such a beautiful community. I come across folks all the time who would like to buy a bare lot to build on and they're hard to come by these days.
