Foxcroft real estate market report for March 2011

Charlotte NC real estate market reportHomes for sale in Foxcroft and Foxcroft East Neighborhoods range from $400,000 to over $2.5 million homes surrounded by gorgeous century-old oaks and on large, private lots.  Older classic ranches and two stories are surrounded by stately rench Provincial and Tudor homes in Foxcroft Charlotte NC.

The proximity to everything Charlotte is one of the primary attractions to this historic community.  School assignments include three of Charlotte’s premier schools:  Selwyn Elementary School, Alexander Graham Middle School (AG) and Myers Park High School, one of the nation’s top ranked high schools.  The premier school assignments are a major draw to this community.

Foxcroft real estate market report for March 2011  below demonstrates some promising highlights for this month.  The 1-year sales are fairly good for a Charlotte luxury home community.  Despite having no Closings during the past 90 days, there are 4 pending home sales in escrow  within the Foxcroft community, topping that of the previous 6-month period.  Buyers are out for early spring home shopping in Charlotte and we’re predicting a good spring market.

Debe -- with so little turnover of homes,  Foxcroft must be a very desirable community.   Good schools, close to Charlotte and nice trees --- sounds like a good combination.
