Congrats! My Pullman Buyers Milagro!

I would like to wish my new Pullman home owner congratulations!  On Monday we closed on her new condo and we went out to celebrate together.  It has been a wonderful journey, both getting to know her and finding her a home.  I first met her at an open house here in Pullman about 3 years ago.  At the time she wasn't ready to buy.  But with careful planning, she achieved her goal of owning her first home.  

As we began our celebration, she pulled out three items and placed them on the table.  One was a fortune.  I can't remember the exact wording, but the gist of it was that the plans she was about to undertake would result in success.  She told me she had opened that fortune cookie the day we went to look at her new home.  She also told me that she had carried two milagro in her pocket on that day and to this very day.   I had no idea what that was but she said it meant miracle in Spanish.  One was a little key.  The other the hand.  The key was obvious to me in view of the fact she had just received the keys to her new home that day.  The hand not so much. She told me that she believes in passing along the energy.  She told me that I was the helping hand to help her through the process.  You know, I have had many of my clients thank me over the years.  But this little symbol meant a lot to me.  And one day, I will find the right person who will provide me a helping hand and I will in turn pass it on....
