Professional Affiliates Are Critical To Our Success!

Our professional affiliates Partners are critical to the success of our business. They can either help us look like a rock star or.......the alternative which is never a good outcome.

We are fortunate to have a W.R. Starkey Mortgage Professional located inside our Keller Williams office in Boulder. As Real Estate Professionals we need partners who work the way we do and who are never more than "a phone call away." Imagine being able to just walk around the corner and have a face to face meeting with them an a moments notice....

Yesterday, I closed the first transaction in which I had worked with Lisa Gau as my mortgage affiliate PARTNER. Don't let her quiet demeanor fool you; just under the surface of her engaging blue eyes is a strategic lion! Not only did she provide excellent customer service to my clients, she also provided excellent customer service to me...providing consistent and timely communication along each step of the way. My buyer's loan was approved and essentially DONE NEARLY 10 DAYS BEFORE CLOSING! My clients "LOVE" her! It takes a team of trusted and valued affiliates partners to successfully work through and complete a real estate transaction. Lisa managed to strategically integrate her piece of the overall Real Estate transaction absolutely seamlessly.

There are so many Realtors here in the Keys that I couldn't even get my husbands bosses listing (he was a mortgage broker at the time). He felt he needed to give it to Realtors that didn't have to give him business, knowing I would give my husband all the business I could.
