So I am sitting across the table from my sellers who look like deer in the headlights.

I ask what is wrong, I have a great offer here, a nice clean buyer, great bank preapproval with plenty of money down and its just a perfect deal.

The sellers are squirming and now smiling and Mrs. Sellers says "OY we didn't think you would actually SELL IT!"

I told her great, my new headline for advertising.

They had their home listed with another agency and didn't have any luck, poor performance from the Realtor and were surprised that we did what we were supposed to do in a short period of time.
