Will this help you cross over to RAINMAKER status so that you can blog public and get more google juice from what you are saying?

Original content by ActiveRain Real Estate Network

Our active members and their generous contribution to our Community makes ActiveRain what it is today.  In the spirit of recognizing our most dedicated members we are introducing new reduced RainMaker pricing. Members who are constantly blogging, commenting and inviting new members are adding to the value of AR so we want to reward them for their contributions.

We have adjusted our RainMaker subscription cost.  The more active you are the less moolah you'll pay.

New RainMaker Price Break Structure:

Under 100K points $59

100K + points $39

200K + points $29

300K + points $19

400K + points $9

500K + Grandfathered In

**** If your pricing is already lower than this, your pricing will not go up.  This new pricing is only a benefit; it will not hurt you.

Once you cross a price breaking threshold your billing will automatically adjust to the correct pricing for the next billing cycle.  So blog your little hearts out and reap the rewards!!  Nobody ever complained about a little extra jingle in their pocket.

We thank you for continuing to return to us and using ActiveRain as your blogging platform.  We are aware there are many out there to choose from and your loyalty means the world to us.  Thank you for always sticking with us and thank you for being part of the ActiveRain Community.

Your success is our success

Great question Ginger. Maybe you can help answer this question for me. As a stager, do you feel that being a Rainmaker is worth the price? Not being able to share in all of the benefits as a real estate professional would?

Thanks for the re-post.

Ginger -- I saw this post yesterday and thought that anyone who wants the Google juice benefit from AR will need to give this strong consideration!  RainMaker status has always been a good deal but with this new pricing structure it's even better.

Awesome!  I'm already grandfathered so it doesn't apply to me, but I think it's a great incentive and reward for those who have yet to take the step.

Tom, IMHO absolutely yes, if you are a serious professional doing staging, AR Rainmaker status is a must.  IF you are a hobbyist or you are simply seeking information and writing a comment now and then, remaining "member's only" is OK.  However, the google juice that I get from my presence here, plus everything else is invaluable.  The two ladies that commented after you, I know, feel the same.  All three of us are grandfathered in, so maybe we have a slanted view, but if I had to pay monthly for AR, I would be a blogging fool just to lower the cost and get the benefits.  Back to you, do contractors?  I haven't noticed many here but perhaps I'm just not visiting where they post???  What are your favorite groups?   Thanks for asking and commenting.

Maureen and Sharon, I cannot imagine not having the power of AR behind me for both members only posts and public posts.  I do not know (maybe it's me) of another online vehicle that has the google juice of AR for our profession.  I hope that this new price structure will help bring some of the "lurkers" out & blogging.  Thanks to both of you for commenting, I know that all three of us are always encouraging non-public members to join.

Kathy, thank you.  You must have posted your comment while I was commenting to Maureen and Sharon or I would have included you in my response to them.  It is a deal!

I, too, saw this yesterday. This is an awesome incentive for people to add more content. Brilliant, I tell ya. Brilliant.

Kathy

P.S. Beyond the Google juice (which is awesome as you point out), I love the people.

Hi Kathy, yes the people are THE BEST and I'm certainly not here just because of the gj power of AR.  Between the people, the power and the information, I don't know of anyplace, online or elsewhere, that could replace this for me.  Thank you!
