Luxury homes are, to some extent, in the eyes of the beholder. But no matter how you define them, you will find luxury homes for sale in Carlsbad CA.

High-end and rare finishes, amenities (e.g., wine cellar, media room or in-home theater, multiple kitchens, his and her baths and dressing rooms, guest house), views (ocean, mountains), privacy (gated) and size are some of the factors you may consider in deciding on the perfect Carlsbad luxury home for sale.

And of course budget, whether you consider $1 or $2 million to be luxury, or $10 million.

Hi Jeff, There certainly are luxury homes where you call home. Those on the coastline edge are simply amazing. Can you imagine waking up to that view and the sound of the surf. Heaven comes to mind.

Tom - not too shabby, especially if you can afford to live at the beach.

William - yep, that would not be a bad way to live. It seems that sales at the high end have slowed down quite a bit, though.

Debe - give me one by the beach and I wold be pretty happy, too.

BLIz - well there aren't many in Carlsbad, but greater San Diego probably has about 30 right now n excess of $10M. But they aren't moving very fast.
