When times change. Then so do you.

I'm not talking about springing ahead or falling back. I talking about when the markets turn south and you need to look elsewhere for an income.

What, or where do you turn to?

There are some of us that leave the Real Estate business and never return. Others get a part time job just to get us through the hard times.

When is the decision reached? Is it after careful analysis of your own situation?

There are varying factors with all of us, so when do you look for a "different line of work"?

Most of us are not "multi talented" to just jump into another profession. What then?

What do you do "when times change, and then you need to as well"?

Hi Rob, as you know "today is the day". I need to get with the "MGMT" and let them know what I want to do.

I feel "negotiations coming on". I like it simple and quick.

Hi John, I will still do home inspections and what ever comes in. I just don't want to be a 24 hour a day guy who has time for nothing. Inspections included.

I will still inspect no matter what.
