- Seven Oaks was next with 12 sales, prices ranging from $201,990 - $620,000, and Sales Price per Square Foot at $108.02 - $175.24
- Meadow Pointe and Seven Oaks are 2 of the most popular Real Estate communities in Wesley Chapel, just outside of Tampa.
Soon the new malls will be there, Cypress Creek Town Center, and Shoppes at Wire Grass. This will continue to grow our resident population in Wesley Chapel, and increase our sales prices in the upcoming years.
