This is not a joke-video below. When Drano, tin foil and water are put in a bottle it creates a lethal home made bomb. Someone is making these and leaving them on front yards or mailboxes expecting someone to pick them up.
About 30 seconds after being moved the items in the bottle mix causing the ingredients to boil and the gases to expand. Cuts, burns to the skin and loss of extremities are the likely result of picking one up and carrying it.
