The National Association of REALTORS has designated June 4-5, 2011 to be the 2011 REALTOR Nationwide Open House Weekend, where REALTORS across the USA (and internationally) are invited to host Open Houses in their local area. Souza Realty is participating in this national event and will be hosting an Open House on Sunday. *** CANCELED DUE TO RAIN***

I'm sorry you cancelled your open house because of rain. I have held some very successful open houses in pouring rain. I simply provide booties and umbrellas at the front and back doors and if it is really cold I make sure I have some hot apple cider or tea available for visitors. It becomes an adventure and adds to the fun.
