Memorial Day Weekend in Maryland is traditionally when there is a mass exodus to the shore, in particular Ocean City or the beaches of Delaware. There does not seem to be a great deal of real estate happening with a mere 36 Resale Residential Open Houses in Howard County on Sunday May 29th.
It could be a great time to find a home while other buyers are at the beach.
