I'm having fun putting my Rules together. My team has been very helpful in establishing fun, but real rules to live by. We are posting them in our office and I think once we get the whole list complete, I'll have them written up and framed.

Rule #11: Love our children: I don't think I need to say much more about this one. And congratulations to Kelly and Beth (Kelly is our buyers agent) They are expecting their first child in December.
