Monday, June 20

Camp 4-4-3 "Making, Receiving and Negotiating Offers" Session 17 from 10:00am-12:00pm

Tuesday, June 21

10:00am "Mark Fuller's Winning Listing Presentation" - Come learn how top producer Mark Fuller conducts his listing presentation! Also learn how to avoid the pitfalls of pricing mistakes and how to comp houses for buyers and sellers!
1:30-3:00pm - ALC Meeting. We invite all agents who have not been to an ALC Meeting before to attend this on Tuesday! Come see how the ALC makes decisions on matters that affects every agent in our office!

Wednesday, June 22

9:00am-12:00pm - "Driving Traffic to Your Website and eEdge" with Steve Nachlas. This class will teach you about Search Engine Optimization (SEO), how your different websites relate to each other, the kind of content that Google likes and much more.
12:00pm-3:00pm - "Using Video For Real Estate Marketing" with Steve Nachlas. You will learn how to use your camera to take great videos for testimonials, walkthroughs, neighborhood information video blogs, how to use YouTube to host your videos, how to embed your video in your blog or website and more! The last time we offered this class at your Market Center was May, 2010, so don't miss this one!

Thursday, June 23

Full Day of Agent Training 10:00am-4:00pm. If you are new to our office, you are required to attend these classes! Seasoned agents are highly encouraged to attend. Intermediary is REQUIRED for all agents. Here is the schedule:

Friday, June 24

12:00pm-2:00pm "The One Thing" with Jay Papasan, Gary Keller's co-author and executive editor on best selling titles "Millionaire Real Estate Agent," "Millionaire Real Estate Investor," and "SHIFT." Jay will be sharing what they've learned in their current research for their next book "The One Thing." The topic will center around two key things in your business: focus and mastery. You won't want to miss this rare opportunity! Lunch from Olive Garden will also be provided by Katie Jennings-Bruce with Home Warranty of America.
