Motivational Power Quote

Set Your Goals Ridiculously High

"If you set goals ridiculously high

and it's a failure you will fail

above everyone else's success."

James Cameron, director of The Terminator, Titanic

As I see it . . . . . . .

Set your goals ridiculously high

We will never achieve more them we believe that we will achieve and you will never achieve more then you're willing to go after.

Setting goals ridiculously high moves us away from what we've always been doing to the rare air of new opportunities and possibilities and greater success.

Set your sights high, set your sights beyond your reach and stretch yourself beyond your limits.  Set your goals ridiculously high.

Set your goals ridiculously high and believe with all your heart that you will achieve your goals, your dreams and greater success. Pursue your goals with passion and a purpose.

Set your goals ridiculously high and take massive actions to make them a reality.

Lou, that is a great thought, to set goals ridiculously high, but, if someone sets them so high that they know they will never be achieved arn't they setting themselves up for failure?

When coaching new agents, I prefer to preach that they set high goals, but ones that are achievable. When agents fail to reach unattainable goals, they often stop setting them believing themselves as failures. And that become counter-productive.

Lou, this motivational thought reminded me of that U.S. Air Force slogan, AIM HIGH. I believe in stretch goals too.

Lou this is so true.  We are only as good as the goals we set for ourselves and the ones we allow ourselves to believe we can achieve.
