Market Data:
Because they are relatively new, there hasn’t been much activity in this neighborhood in the past year. There are no homes for sale in the Grove, and there were no homes sold in this development during 2010 or so far this year.

Karen, another "picturebook neighborhood" in Livermore! Great looking homes, manicured yards, trees growing in, sidewalks, quaint lightposts, underground utilities..... excellent. Now, do you know where the name "Livermore" originated..... its a funny name for a town!
