This year we in Victoria, BC will be celebrating
Canada Day
from July 1st to 3rd in our spectacular Inner Harbour ...
Here are a few of the events during the 3 day celebration:
From 11am - 8pm daily - A Flavour of Canada at Ship Point - is an international food village with activity tents and a performance stage.
Some of the food vendors at Ship Point are: Mexican, Argentinian, Hawaiian, Indian, Greek, Hungarian, and of course North American including West Coast Barbecued food!
On the first day from 12noon - 4pm young and old alike will get a chance to contribute to a Monster Mural celebrating our Canadian identity on the Legislature Lawns.
At 2pm - 3pm over 3,000 people will help create the Canadian Maple Leaf flag and receive a free t-shirt to form the flag on the Legislature lawn.
