This is a market report covering the detached homes in the Silver Spring, Md. zip code of 20902, commonly known as Wheaton.  Today there is total of 3503 homes on the market for sale in all of Montgomery County, Md.  Of that total 921 are in Silver Spring, 143 of them in 20902, 97 of them are detached homes covered by this report.
