Home sales activity in Silverado Trails, a neighborhood in the master planned community of Silverado Ranch in Las Vegas, NV slowed a bit in the third quarter of 2007, dropping from five closings to two. Twelve homes have closed so far this year, compared to 17 in the first nine months of 2006.
While closings were down, resale inventory was also reduced to 20 homes (plus 5 with accepted offers), indicating that third quarter results may be more of the exception than the rule. Buyers will continue to focus on price and features, so it is important for sellers to price aggressively and give their homes maximum marketing exposure. Homes in Silverado Trails are convenient to the south Las Vegas Strip, Anthem, Green Valley Ranch and the I-215 Beltway.
