Your real estate website is one of the most important marketing tools you can have. It generates business for you. It allows your clients access to the mls. It allows you to reach more people than you ever could have without it.

So why is it such a pain in the rear for so many realtors?

As technology has improved so has the importance of owning a website. Nowadays, most buyers or sellers won't even want to work with you if you aren't represented on the web. They want to know their listing is getting maximum exposure. Your website is your virtual handshake to any prospective buyers out there. What if a buyer 800 miles away is moving to your location? How would you ever know if you didn't have a website? Yes it can be confusing when you get little bits of advice from here or there. You end up putting together a patchwork site only to be frustrated by it's lackluster results.

When considering how to go about setting up a website it's important to evaluate your goals. What do you hope to achieve? What time are you willing to invest? How much money are you willing to invest? Having a plan enables you to not only end up with an effective website, but it will also allow you to come up with an effective marketing plan to drive traffic to it. Your website will be the hub of  your online marketing system. Your blogs and social media all feed into your website.

If you have website already, then establish goals for your internet marketing. Find out if your website is performing as well as it could be. If you don't have a website, or your not having any luck with what you have now, give DIG Marketing a call. Our clients always come first and our websites work!

I think it's a "pain" because there's so much to do. However, my time on the website, revamping it, or adding new content relaxes me. I'm just glad I started Internet marketing, especially on my website when I did. It's paying off big time now.

Thanks so much for taking a look! Keywords are great for the seo but the real strength of this website isn't just the SEO. It's the capture rate. Do you notice how all of the searches are easily visible and as soon as the page comes up? Do you notice how easy it is to find what your looking for? Those links work essentially like a funnel. It doesn't matter where you click on the site but immediatly you are taken into the IDX search. Once they want to see details on a property they are asked to register. Since they actually want to see the details and we have their interest, we get better quality lead info. Plus, we convert a lot more of the traffic coming into the site this way. It's an easy way to not only get more leads but also get better quality leads.
