Whether sellers are listing closer to market value, which previously wasn't happening, or they are standing their ground in negotiations, this remains a positive for home sellers. Average Charlotte home sales prices remain flat, which coupled with all-time lows in mortgage interest rates, gives Charlotte home buyers the advantage in this real estate market.
