Debra -
Giving a class as a gift might make someone very happy too. My wife commented to me the other day how cool she thought it would be to actually make a her own special piece of artwork. Hummm.... Christmas is coming :)
Best regards from the Q
Hi Debra! I would say "sign me up" if I lived closer to Monroe NY. You are right, it is a great gift idea!
Do they play the theme from GHOST during the movie? Ok, I guess I am aging myself...that is what I always think of when it comes to pottery...looks like fun!
Debra....I would send my daughter so she could make ME a large pottery container.....I love that stuff....
Hi Debra, this looks like a lot of fun! My youngest daughter took pottery classes at school and she loved it! Janelle created some really neat works of art! This is a great way for people to discover or hone their artistic skills.
I am not very handy but I think that a pottery class would be lots of fun.
Debra, it looks like it would be a lot of fun. I took a pottery class in college, but did not seem to have much touch. Have a great day.

Deb, I have always wanted to throw a pot. How fun would these classes be. Thanks. And, check my comments from yesterday....I left the link for Chrome there.
How fun Debra!
I would love to do this but the commute would be too much. They would probably resemble something I did in grade school for my mum anyway...
Jacque & Larry
Debbie, there's a place here in Huntsville that teaches throwing clay and that's something I've always wanted to try since the movie "Ghost". :))
Pottery.........I used to have my own wheel and two kilns.........I love throwing pots! It is so healing for the soul!
Hi Debra, Have you signed up? or have you already had the classes. I always wondered how I would do with pottery. I guess it is best to stick with photography since I am still learning but show at least some aptitude in that direction.
John- So you have one gift down..... :-)
Al-Cal- Thanks for stopping by!
Kristin- That is my favorite movie!
Barb- LOL
Bruce- I have never done it myself...just ceramics.
Patty- Me either.
Cal- I don't think it is for me.
Suze- Got the link - thank you!
Jacque- LOL yes that would be quite a commute!
Nick- Yes I love that movie!
Barbara- Wow, I have never even tried it.
William- No I didn't sign up. I am not coordinated enough for something like that! :-)
