Day 8-2011 31 Days of December Challenge. Reviving Nesters.com Dead Leads.
Today as I was writing down all the places where I have gotten leads,I remember this website that I found out here through Activerain. It is called www.nesters.com. I haven't been getting any leads from this site in a looooong time. But today I decided to dig into my Nesters CRM and start working these leads again to see if I will have any luck.
Warm called only a few people. They are not looking to buy anymore. Hope to have better luck tomorrow.
Also got a possible rental listing referral from a fellow real estate agent in my office-NICE. However she asks to confirm if they are going to include the Laundry. If they don't include the Laundry,I don't think this is going to work. Who wants to rent a house only to drive 3 miles to the Laundry Mat. But will see how that works out.
Also read some online articles on sites such as www.rismedia.com and www.AGBeat.com. These two sites along with www.inman.com and www.techsavvyagent.com are four sites that I need to spend time on more. And my list keeps growing and growing and growing. Looking for some ideas to create some different things that many people are not doing. Ex: Business Gift Card with QR Codes,QR Codes on Postcards and other marketing materials. I am trying to THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX SO THAT IN 2012 I can knock it OUT THE BOK IN REAL ESTATE SALES.
Of course read and made some comments on some blogs today.
