Equator Task Tips 2

When agents receive tasks on Equator, lenders will make requests to the agent through “Tasks”. Your lender can manually trigger a task,  or re-open a task if your work is incomplete.  Tasks can also be set to open on a pre-defined schedule, such as monthly status reports.  Here are some more tips and tricks to help you with working on your tasks:

  • ·         When viewing your Assigned Tasks page, pay attention to the last column. This column shows the due date set by the lender for each task.

  • ·         The Due/Completed column is also color coded so you can quickly determine which tasks are open (green), close to being overdue (yellow), and which are overdue (red). When in the property view, completed tasks will be shown in gray.

  • ·         When working on your tasks each will have a “Save and Submit Now” button.  Clicking this button closes the task and sends your work to the lender.  Some tasks will also have a “Save and Submit Later” button which allows you to save your work in the task and come back to it later.

  • ·         When a task has been completed it will move to the Property View page and will no longer appear in your Assigned Tasks section in the Workflow.

We hope this clears up some common Task-related questions!

Thanks for the tips! Very helpful. I always wondered why there were 2 columns with dates for the tasks.
