Lee, What a great video!  It really encapsulates how the investor market has changed over the past several years.  Do you specialize in the investor market?  Have you noticed a VERY recent increase in purchases of distressed properties?

Thank you, Tracy!  Yes, I work heavily in the investor market and for Metro Atlanta, there has definitely been an uptick in investors, especially international investors with whom I also work.  Now, with so many investors with various backgrounds, I hoped this video would give them some insight into the market here.
