I have been working with a buyer since the end of summer and we found his dream home in La Quinta.
It is a mid-century style home with incredible mountain views on a double-lot with a very private pool. Unfortunately...it is a short-sale and we made our offer back in September... Monday January 9th we expect to have the written approval. My client is thrilled that we are moving forward and opening escrow soon-- I just received this email from him:
All we have to do is an inspection? I'm thinking I fly there feb 6th, we do the inspection the 7th and we close by the 9th!!!!

Of course I sent him an email and explained that there was much more to it than that, and we sure won't wait until February to schedule our Home inspection! We will also need a Termite Inspection, a Septic inspection, and a NHD disclosure report prepared. An approved HUD will need to be submitted and so forth.
We know, as agents, that all of this takes time and it is our job to make sure everything gets done.
But...I love his enthusiasm!
