Good Morning Liz, thank you.  I think both buyers and sellers need to know that homes are selling and it is not like the media would suggest. Hope your Arizonia real estate market conditions are good as well.

Jordana-I love when this happens for a seller. That said, this is the second home in the past thirty days where the results were the same. In my opinion marketing matters.
