A very kind “Thank You” from a resident of Delgado Property Management
We are not the only Benicia Property Management company nor are we the oldest, but we are working very hard to be the best. Our increased business through new clients and many new residents is one way to measure success.
We work in an industry in which people simply expect certain things to happen and don’t often take the time to recognize good performance. So, when our staff earns recognition, I want to share their good work with the world. Our latest measure of success came from a resident who sent a wonderful hand-written card thanking the ladies in our office for their prompt attention to a maintenance matter.
The card reads:
Hi Ladies,
Josh and I just wanted to say thank you very much for getting our heater and oven fixed so fast. We really appreciate it especially with our little baby the heater is something we rely on.

I am very proud of the hard work done by the ladies in our office. It’s not all about listings and rentals and those “flashy” aspects of our business. Taking care of our residents is a key component of our business model and one of the ways we intend on building our reputation as the best Benicia Property Management company.
