Pending sales of 49 homes is in my pinion excellent news and slowly but surely cleaning out bank owned and short sale inventory will help prices and all other aspects of your market.

Anne, The Jan-march period is very busy but overall I don't think there is an actual increase in sales.

Barbara, some of them are ours, thanks.

Scott, hopefully some of your sellers will retire to Florida and boost our markets.

Bob, clearing the banks from the market would certainly help values.
