Sellers the window of opportunity is here for you and  now is a great time to list your Dekalb and Gwinnett county home for sale.  People are often surprised when they ask me how is business and I say great if only I could find homes for my buyers.  Many buyers are feeling encouraged with the good jobs reports and low interest rates so they are ready to get off the fence.

Let me tell you what I have been experiencing since December.  I have a cash buyers and pre-approved buyers and we can not find a home for them to buy.  I know you are saying it looks like there a lots of homes on the market.  Unfortunately that’s not the case, many of the homes on various websites and the MLS are already under contract, but have not been updated to show a pending status.  

As a result there are many buyers either pre-approved or with cash in hand ready to make offers that can not find the homes they are looking for.  As the spring approaches we are sure to have many more people with the same problem.  Now is the time to put your home on the market.
