Staging the Condo "Great Room"

So many condos have these spaces:  the kitchen/livingroom/dining room "great room".  In a large open room with no definition, potential buyers often have difficulty visualizing how to best use this space.

Yesterday we staged this condo at Point Edwards in Edmonds, WA.  We brought in color, texture, and showed how this great room can truly be a great room in which to live and entertain.

Diana, lovely work! Love all your props! We just staged two homes on the South side of Edmonton, and one had a great room. We told the client there had to be a purpose for the room, since it was so huge, people would wonder what to do with it...

We have staged several condos in the Point Edwards development with good results.  Buyers just cannot figure out these living/dining combination rooms without staging.  Good staging does make a difference!
