$18.5M for 48,000 sqft

50 Cents put his home on the market for a bit over $18M, $18.5M to be exact. According to CNN it's big enough to have guests over without him noticing them for days. Needless to mention the recording studio and night club on site. Besides the 19 bedrooms I would assume, some pools are also included.

I saw that also. It is supposed to be featured on the show MTV Cribs sometime in the near future. The price isn't all that bad. It's a steal at $386 per sq/ft! lol.

i saw it in the duPont registry last month. fitty has a prett nice pad. i have and $18m listing on the beach in RI if anyone has buyers. its only 18,000sqft though and no night club but i need the sale more than fitty does!!! trervor

I always wonder what person has any use for a home of that size.  48,000 square feet?  That is just unreal.  Whoever owns that house must have a staff just to maintain it.
