Home Buyers have expressed interest inAsheville’s Multi-Generation Living Neighborhoods, so we have been out looking at possibilities.
Recently, we reviewed Crest Mountain and the Villages at Crest Mountain. Then we took a stroll around the perimeter of the eco village where we caught up with Clint Lasher, Project Manager for the Villages. It was fun to get a glimpse of what is going on at the Villages in terms of rain water harvesting, (SEE DARLING VIDEO on RAIN CHAIN to your right) in particular, a rivulet flowing on the property.
In terms of Asheville Homes and Multi-Generation Living Neighborhoods Crest Mountain’s Villages is known as "Asheville's Premier Sustainable Community." It is interesting to see how this eco-community is unfolding to accommodate many generations.
