ASHEVILLE – OCTOBER- As you probably already know, this is the time of the year where nature paints our mountain landscape gloriously! Many visitors arrive on the scene.  The LEAF FESTIVAL opens the way to creative pursuits and more. And the Neighborhood Advisory Committee is hosting the first Asheville Festival of Neighborhoods on Sunday, October 27, 2013.
We are excited to see neighborhood groups and associations playing a part in this event.

Home Buyers have expressed interest inAsheville’s Multi-Generation Living Neighborhoods, so we have been out looking at possibilities.

 
Recently, we reviewed Crest Mountain and the Villages at Crest Mountain. Then we took a stroll around the perimeter of the eco village where we caught up with Clint Lasher, Project Manager for the Villages. It was fun to get a glimpse of what is going on at the Villages in terms of rain water harvesting,  (SEE DARLING VIDEO on RAIN CHAIN to your right) in  particular, a rivulet flowing on the property.
