Well my assistant had a busy weekend - driving round checking on a number of properties that will be auctioned in the next two weeks - all for clients we have coming to town. A lot of these homes are expected to go for 50% of market value or less.
The investor clients I have coming to town, plan on painting if necessary; cleaning up the yard; fixing what needs fixing; putting in the appliances and then re-selling them for 75% of market value. We have around 15 homes in our sights right now.
IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED IN BEING A PART OF THIS, PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE because the deadline for registration is fast approaching.
Just some of the properties she has looked at include an ocean front condo which we believe is worth close to $1m and will go under the hammer for less than $400,000.
In addition to that she has seen a Disney Vacation Rental - probably worth $215,000 - and expected to sell for around $95,000.
Then we have at least two homes in the affluent part of South West Orlando which will be bargains in anyone's language if they sell for anything even approaching $200,000.
THESE ARE GENUINE OPPORTUNITIES and so I say again, act fast if you wish to get involved in this.
