The first one was a 22000 SQFT lot in Makena which sold for the sum of $2.5 million dollars. There was no one there to bid except the bank.
The second was was for the sum of $325,000.00 which is a decent price in Kahului. You can also win this auction for 5% more then the opening bid at the confirmation hearing in the courthouse.
Either of these properties can be bought at the confirmation hearing for 5% more then opening bid price stated in these youtube videos.
