Where do I want to live when I grow up?  Or, how do I want to live when I grow up . . .

You have worked hard all your life.  Your children are out of college and raising their own families.  It’s time for YOU!

Finding the right community is key to your new happiness.  You not only need to see floor plans, but also everything the community has to offer.  For instance, do you like to garden?  Some communities will only allow gardening in pots and you can only have so many in your yard.  Other communities have garden plots in the community garden that you can enjoy.  These are important factors in your decision.

I highly suggest that if you are interested in a community with an HOA read before you go.  Your Realtor should be able to suggest websites and give you telephone numbers for these answers. 

Remember, if the house is in the wrong community, doesn’t offer what you enjoy, it will never be your new home.
