I was going through hubby's local pix to post to localism, and found this one. It's one of my all time favorites, especially since I couldn't bring myself to climb out of bed that moring, and still regret it. This lasted for over 4 hours! Hubby is a very patient man. Yes, it's a time lapse, but for those of you who missed this event a few months ago, that's what it looked like from here!
Enjoy:-)
Chris, thanks for stopping by!:-) glad you liked it!!!
Jenn, i am still learning... You have a group. Hmmm- Lemme try!
:-)
Jennifer, ok, you got it. Should be in your soulfull group now! :-) PS: welcome home?
Tara, thank you! I still wish i had gotten out of bed for this one, the only problem other than I am not a morning person is that it would have taken about four hours to catch what you can all see in thei photo.
Thanks for stopping by!
Inna - So I was just sitting here looking at the picture and it struck me that the moon has always held a unique place in man's heart. The sun came up and set pretty close to where it did it the day before. The moon was ever changing. Just think about that. The lord of the night was forever a mistress of mystery.
Nice photo's and thanks for the brain trip.
Mark, that's kind of what i was thinking, but then it struck me that somehow, in a really big way, i still missed it.
:-)
J-Mac... don't you go all philosophical on me now! Well, actually, yeah, that's why i like you so go ahead! Even if it is about our ever shifting sattelite. :-)
That's cooooool picture. And I can only imagine how much patience you should have to do it.
Thanks
"And if the band you're in starts playing different tunes, I'll see you on the dark side of the moon."
