Lead Capture Is A Win-Win
Most web sites, either “home-brewed”, or commercial, have provisions for one, or more, Lead Capture form. Mine all use Lead Capture to deliver information about Sierra Vista real estate.
The purpose of your web is to advertise and promote your services and products.
Visitors tend to “click” on to your site, and then move on. Even if they saw something that interested them, they may not remember how to get back there.
Enter lead capture. The visitor finds something they like, they fill out a (short) contact form requesting something that interested them, and then submit the form.
Instantly, their information is captured in your web site database. Depending on the lead capture purpose, the visitor can receive real estate newsletters, articles, e-books, property information, or information on your services.
You win, because you are able to direct targeted, useful, information to a visitor who may have been otherwise lost.
Your visitor wins, because they receive the investor, short sale, or foreclosure information they want and need, on an automated basis.
For visitors who are “skittish”, or not yet ready to act, there is always an “opt-out” escape for them.
Chances are, if you do not use lead capture, you will have a high number of visitors, but few leads.
With Lead Capture, you will find that you have more conversations with people ready, willing, and able, to make decisions regarding real estate.
Sweet.
