For those of you who are not in the area, the Fort Collins Colorado resale market is rebounding. Every month this year, the total number of homes sold has exceeded last years level. At one point we were approx 6% above last year. Currently we are seeing about a 1% above due to seasonal effects.
This is great news since we have been in a declining market for three years.It is hard to get news like this when you watch the nightly news or read the newspaper. All you here is about the slump.
