While the ownership of the name International Properties and Investments Incorporated is still owned by Nestor Gasset and the name is still an active corporation in the state of Florida it is not a real estate brokerage.
International Properties and investments LLC is the new name of the brokerage with managing member being Nestor Gasset acting in the capacity of Broker of Record licensed with the Department of Business and Professional Regulations in the state of Florida.
Please note that if you have any letters, mailers or correspondence from International Properties and Investments INC this public disclosure constitutes notification that the real estate brokerage is now named, International Properties and Investments LLC.
