Penetration is the new word of the day.

Yes James said it penetration is the word of the day. Now you people get your mind out of the gutter you should know better by now but for those of you who don’t just read on. We as agents, inspectors, loan agents and the like need to have this ability to survive in this market. So before your mind goes back into the gutter the meaning of (pen’I tra’shen) is keenness of mind; discernment; insight. We all need these abilities to cope and make headway in the market. Now what say you?
