I'M BACK, with a literal "I'VE GOT YOUR BACK" story:

Thanks to Dr. Michael Haville and the West Lafayette Chiropractic Center, West Lafayette, Indiana 47906.

Last summer I was doing quite a bit of heavy lifting and after that my LEGS were in CONSTANT pain NON-STOP! Trying to sleep was IMPOSSIBLE!

Being your typical male, too proud (translation: DUMB!) to seek medical attention, the pain simply got worse and spread up to my lower back .

As you can see from my x-ray picture(looking toward me) it looks like I was torpedoed and I was listing 15 degrees to port side(my left;your right)!

I stretched my muscles, soaked my back, did exercises, sought medical help. The pain got worse!

I have been told I have a high tolerance for pain.

When the pain became absolutely unbearable, I finally sought out the medical SPECIALISTS one should. I was not pleased at all with the possibilities for a pain free future: drugs, therapy, or possible surgery.

Looking for a more acceptable solution I was told to visit Dr. Michael Haville of the West Lafayette Chiropractic Center in West Lafayette.

DR. HAVILLE: HE'S GOT YOUR BACK!!!!

Dr. Haville immediately identified that my problem was in my HIPS!

He explained everything he was going to do, and proceeded to adjust my hips and then realign my crooked spine.

I was PAIN FREE WITHIN A MONTH!!!!

I can't thank Dr. Haville enough for his professionalism and his ability to diagnose what was causing my terrible pain and actually correcting my crooked spine!

Barbara Jo, that is why word of mouth recommendations are so important! Drugs and surgery should be the last options in treating most patients with non-life threatening injuries/diseases.

Jennifer, things are so much better now after having been treated by Dr. Haville! I may have to check and see if his webtech in the office did so. Hope it is cooler for you in the mid-Hudson region. Over 100 degrees today! Have a nice weekend as well!

Dr. Haville has made all the difference in restoring a pain free and active life for me, where other chiropractors and medical doctors could not! Yes, having a filling done without having to have that oversized needle with Novocaine stuck into your gums might be a better option!

Shanna, it would be worth your while to see if there is a graduate of the PALMER INSTITUTE who is practicing in your area. They are the HARVARD of chiropractic medicine.

Bruce- My yoga instructor recommended someone- I am going to give him a try- from what she said- he works cost effectively rather than running up bills just to run them up ie; ultrasound instead of an MRI... Shows a lot more and is a lot cheaper!
