CALLING LOAN OFFICERS - LOOKING FOR A "PHYSICIAN'S LOAN".

ANY LOAN OFFICER OR LENDER REPRESENTATIVE offering a "PHYSICIAN'S LOAN", contact me.

I've done a few of these in the past but my lender contact for the classic "Physian's Loan" is retired.

Actually, any good PORTFOLIO LOAN that understands the "Physician's Loan" would be of interest.

Lenn - I have NO IDEA what a Physicians Loan is and think a blog explaining it might be an idea........

Hi Lenn - I'm with Barbara-Jo on this one - I'd be very interested to know what's different about a Physician's loan.

Boy Lenn, I used to see those all a time being so close to a teaching hospital but they have really tried up in the last year or so...

Add me to the list, I have never heard of this.

If someone got this a few years ago, it probably doesn't exist any more.
