Aside from the tropical waters along the Gulf of Mexico beaches and
endless back bay waters for boating, fishing, stand up paddle boarding and kayaking - Naples has the best tasting drinking water. It’s official! The tap water in Collier County was crowned the most delicious in the state of Florida.
Water was submitted to a panel of judges who sampled drinking water from all around the state during the Florida Water Resources Conference in Orlando this month. The Collier County water will advance to a national competition in Dallas, Texas.
So, when you’re thinking about water in the Naples area, we’re not just known for all of that beautiful surrounding water that everyone enjoys in so many different ways throughout the year. Naples is heading to be the “Miss America” of drinking water, too.
